In some cases there may be a charge for an all inclusive bid in which case we will happily refund in the event we are awarded the job. The bid or estimate may take 1 to 3 days and may require multiple trips to the job or may be a quick in and out.

About Our Turn Key Bids

Our bids are completely turnkey and will include all labor, materials, as well as any sub work such as final cleaning and make ready (everything done to make the home ready to move into, i.e. toilet paper holders, towel bars, cabinet knobs, closet rods, shower curtains, etc). This covers the project from foundation to roofing and everything in between.
