Project Overview

Now, the real magic happens during the Rehab of a property. And, Finishing Touches was the contractor on both of my properties. Blake and Nicole Johnson, Andrea Farrar, Nancy the receptionist, and last but absolutely not least, my Finishing Touches Project Manager, Pilar Ramirez, were all so helpful to make each property beautiful and functional!
Pilar Ramirez is the man that worked day in and day out to make sure that every little detail on these properties was right! He is the guy that was the Problem-Solver, for so many big and small issues that popped up throughout the Rehab. Pilar was so encouraging and kind as he answered my million and one questions! And of course, Blake was so kind as he made himself available to help me evaluate several properties outside of the two I now own. When I am ready to look for more properties, Blake is the man I am going to call upon to help me determine if that property has good bones.
